Paul Held, IFMGA Mountain Guide

is the Founder of “Anton Guides – Alpine School St.Anton”.

Paul Held is an impassioned skier, telemarker and snowboarder. His enthusiasm is contagious.

He was guiding in the Arlberg region for the last 20 years and had the chance to work for different organisations, where he collected a lot of know how.

With his company he wants to focus on top quality guiding with the best mountain guides in the area.

Stefan Kosz, IFMGA Mountain Guide

Stefan has been guiding in snow, rock and ice for 30 years. His enthusiasm for untracked terrain off the beaten tracks is legendary.

As a trainer for the Austrian Mountainguides Association he shares his specialized know-how on snow and avalanches with the young guides.

Since 20 years Stefan has been exploring the Arlberg Range, so if you look for great lines and secret places, he’s the man!

Albert Leichtfried, IFMGA Mountain Guide

is a studied Meteorologist and the head of the Austrian Mountain Guide training.

Albert Leichtfried has been a passionate skier from when he was only 2,5 years old. After his racing career in the Austrian national team in his teenager years, he started guiding at the Arlberg 1997. After all the years he is still loving to share his experience and knowledge with his clients.

is a former geographer and hazard researcher.
